My first experience in the outdoors was when I was only two weeks old. My parents hiked into a lake in the Beartooth Mountains to camp for a weekend. Though I don’t remember this first experience, there were many other outdoor adventures with the family growing up. Major holidays were spent doing an outdoor activity: camping, fishing, hunting or hiking. Family vacations spent in another state also would have some aspect of the outdoors incorporated within the trip. Growing up in Wyoming and in a family that frequented the outdoors instilled in me a strong passion for the outdoors. I hope to encourage others to become passionate about the outdoors in some way. This site will contain information about my outdoor adventures. By sharing these experiences with you, I hope you too will get outside to experience what the outdoors have to offer. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but seeing something in person can have an ever lasting effect.
